PetroSearch Announces the Addition of Key Technical Professionals to the Organization

New Capability will Allow Company to Continue Pursuing Its Opportunity Flow

HOUSTON – June 13, 2005 – PetroSearch Energy Corporation (OTCPK:PTSG) (“PetroSearch” and “the Company”) announced today that it has hired five highly experienced professionals in the areas of geology, engineering, land, and production operations.

Richard D. Dole, President and C.E.O. of PetroSearch Energy said, “The addition of this expertise on a full time basis was a timely and necessary step in light of the growing array of exploration opportunities we are seeing and the growing workload relating to our ever-increasing drilling activities and inventory of prospects.”

“We are delighted to add such distinguished professionals to our Company,” Dole continued, “especially in view of the fact that in most cases these were individuals with whom we already had an ongoing business relationship. We have gained access to a substantially greater level of expertise than most companies our size can lay claim to and at a cost that will be less than the Company spent previously for those same functions.”

The Company announced the addition of the following executives:
